Riphah International University invites applications for the position of Manager International Office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in the relevant field from HEC recognized institute.
- 8 to 10 years with international experience and or, international student office experience will be preferred.
- Manage and support all inbound/international student matters including admissions coordination, onboarding, visa/residency guidance, orientation, student facilitation, and liaison with internal departments and international partner institutions.
- Lead inbound mobility operations, maintain accurate student records and reporting, ensure timely communication and compliance, and contribute to strengthening the university’s internationalization and student support framework.
- Ability to work independently and achieve optimal results with minimal oversight. Demonstrated positive human relations and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well one-on-one with individuals.
- Knowledge and understanding of the needs of diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support all aspects of inbound international student affairs including admissions, onboarding, visa and residency processes, and orientation activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the university’s international office, internal departments, and international partner institutions to facilitate smooth student transitions and collaborations.
- Lead inbound student mobility operations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring compliance with immigration and university policies.
- Provide timely and clear communication to international students and stakeholders to address enquiries, resolve issues, and guide students through university procedures.
- Contribute to the development and strengthening of the university’s internationalization strategy and student support framework.
- Work independently to meet objectives with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Deliver exceptional one-on-one support to international students, acknowledging and adapting to the diverse cultural backgrounds and individual needs.
- Maintain continuous awareness and understanding of diverse populations' requirements to enhance inclusivity and sensitivity within university services.
- Ensure all activities comply with institutional regulations and international education standards.
- Collaborate creatively with departments to enhance the international student experience and promote the university’s global engagement.
