We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with proven experience in selling plots within housing societies, farmhouses, or commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong network, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process in the property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential and commercial plots in our ongoing real estate project(s).
Generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, property expos, and personal network.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to close sales.
Maintain knowledge of real estate laws, project approvals (NOC), and market pricing.
Prepare and present project presentations and documentation to clients.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with strategic planning.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align on promotional strategies.
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plot or project sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Familiarity with property portals like Zameen.com, Graana, OLX Property, etc.
Must possess own conveyance (for field visits).
Knowledge of real estate market trends in Karachi/Hyderabad/Sindh will be a strong advantage.
Salary: Base Salary + Attractive Commission (Performance-based incentives)
