As a POS and QR Chargeback Specialist, you will specialize in managing and resolving chargeback disputes specifically related to point-of-sale (POS) and Quick Response (QR) transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Chargeback Investigation:

  • Conducting thorough investigations into chargeback claims originating from POS and QR transactions.
  • Analyzing transaction data and documentation to assess the validity of chargeback disputes.

POS and QR Dispute Resolution:

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve POS and QR chargeback disputes in a timely manner.
  • Developing strategies to minimize chargeback losses and improve dispute resolution efficiency.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintaining accurate records of POS and QR chargeback cases, including relevant transaction details and outcomes.
  • Generating reports and insights on POS and QR chargeback trends to inform decision-making and process improvements.

Customer Communication:

  • Communicating with merchants, customers, and payment processors regarding POS and QR chargeback cases.
  • Providing assistance and guidance to stakeholders throughout the chargeback resolution process.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies related to POS and QR chargeback management.

Training and Support:
