Identify Market Trends: Research the market to identify trends in the blanket industry, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to understand buying behavior, preferences, and pain points to develop better product offerings.
2. Sales Strategy Development
Sales Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets for Royal Blankets.
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and markets (e.g., retailers, wholesalers, or online channels) to generate new leads.
Sales Forecasting: Work with the team to forecast sales goals and establish action plans to meet targets.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Customer Retention: Focus on customer satisfaction to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat sales.
B2B Partnerships: Identify and pursue B2B opportunities with retailers, interior designers, and other businesses that may benefit from your blankets.
4. Brand Awareness and Promotion
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional offers that can attract new customers and boost sales.
Networking and Events: Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness.
Sales Collateral: Ensure that the sales team has the necessary materials (e.g., brochures, presentations) to support client meetings and sales pitches.
5. Negotiation and Closing Deals
Price Negotiation: Handle negotiations with potential clients regarding pricing, product packages, and delivery terms.
Contract Management: Oversee the drafting and finalizing of contracts and agreements with clients and distributors.
Follow-Up: Maintain follow-up processes to ensure that deals are closed successfully and smoothly.
6. Collaboration with Operations and Logistics
Order Fulfillment: Work with the operations team to ensure that orders are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the team to monitor product stock levels and ensure timely restocking.
7. Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking
Track Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Regular Reporting: Provide regular reports to upper management regarding sales progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
8. Team Leadership and Training
Team Coordination: Lead a team of sales professionals (if applicable), providing guidance and support.
Sales Training: Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance and product knowledge.
Incentive Programs: Develop incentive programs to motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
9. Expansion into New Markets
