Royal Fans Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Accounts Executive will work closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information flow. This position does not require team management but involves maintaining effective communication and collaboration skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update financial records using ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements to support monthly and annual accounting close processes.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit queries.
- Collaborate with vendors and clients to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment and collections.
- Monitor and track expenses to align with budgetary guidelines and report any variances to the finance manager.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with payroll processing and related financial tasks as needed.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of accounting principles and software applications relevant to the role.
