Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to oversee our social media presence and drive engagement with our target audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and live streams, that resonate with our target audience.
Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to comments/messages in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve and continuously improve our social media strategy.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and sponsored content to expand our reach and amplify our brand message.
Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and adapt strategies accordingly.
