We are looking on behalf of our client for the position of “Officer – Sales & Merchandising” who will be responsible to act as a bridge between buyers and manufacturers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Additionally, collaborating with various departments, providing market insights for decision-making, and optimizing processes;

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure you Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer related matters.
  • To understand buyer requirements and manage production timelines to meet delivery schedules.
  • To handle product development, sampling & quality control to ensure that finished products meet the desired specifications and standards.
  • To monitor market trends, analyze consumer preferences, and strategize to optimize sales and profitability.
  • To liaise with respective stakeholders; Design, production, and marketing to align all aspects of manufacturing and sales effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Professional Experience: Fresh to 02 years of relevant experience, preferably from the textile industry.

Behavioral Skills and Competencies:

The candidate must have the following qualities:

  • Understanding of regulations and compliance specific to the industry/ company.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented professional, with the ability to drive projects independently from the inception to execution stages.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary/ Package: 60 k – 80 k  + Company Perks

Timings: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
