Position Summary

Come join our growing team! In this role, you will work closely with the sales team and leadership to meet sales goals by finding new business and filling open positions with talented, qualified candidates. Manage day to day generation of new sales leads and follow ups. Identify and help implement efficient and effective sales campaigns, methods and strategies. Specific Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates and implements all phases of the sales process including calls, lead generation, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process.
  • Marketing tactics and working to increase business.
  • Client handling/management.
  • Lead generation.
  • Handling client’s day to day queries.
  • Working on new clients to follow up, to increase sales.
  • MUST be able to exhibit strong verbal communication
  • (in English) with client and their teams regarding new and existing orders
  • Communicate with in house team verbally, skype and on phone call to meet the project deadline and be up to date about current project.
  • Strong knowledge of different marketing tactics like, email marketing, cold calling, influencer marketing, social media marketing etc.
  • Must have proven experience of IT sales and marketing especially in digital marketing.
  • Excellent English communication skills (writing and verbal)
  • GO Getter Personality with strong interpersonal skills (cross functional working with different team members to meet the deadline)
  • Must be a team player
  • Assist in various HR projects as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

  • Exceptional at building relationships with clients, employees and candidates through EXCELENT ENGLISH written and verbal communication.
  • IT sales and business development expertise.
  • Go getter mindset - Hearing "NO" from client is and opportunity and just a starting point for the sale cycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies

  • Experienced: 1+ years of managing all phases of sales process.
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/time & task MGMT skills

Work Environment

  • Working at computer and sitting for long periods of time. (Sitting, talking, hearing).
  • Talking with clients for long hours.
