RTW Creation is hiring a customer care representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Qualifications and skill set required:
- +2 years call center experience.
- Extremely proficient in both writing and speaking English.
- E commerce fashion label experience would be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid time management skills.
Location: near Tariq Road.
Office hours: 10 am - 07 pm
Monday - Saturday.
