Asst. Retail Head

Saab Moulded Furniture is seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Retail Head with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing in-store activities and supporting the retail head in achieving sales targets and operational goals. As the Assistant Retail Head, you will lead a team of 5 persons, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while maintaining high standards in retail management. In this position, you will be responsible for managing inventory control, cultivating strong customer relationships, and driving team performance. You will apply your expertise in retail operations management to streamline processes and ensure the smooth execution of daily store functions. Responsibilities

Oversee daily retail operations ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Manage a team of 5 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
Implement effective inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize losses.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Support the Retail Head in planning and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, provide feedback, and address any issues.
Analyze retail data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the retail environment.
Coordinate with other departments such as supply chain and marketing for cohesive operational success.
Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution to maintain a positive shopping experience.
