We are seeking an enthusiastic, honest, and dedicated team player to join our team as “Assistant Manager HR” at our processing plant.

Requirements:

BBA/MBA (Specialization in HR)
04-08 Years of relevant experience, including at least 01 years in same capacity in the relevant industry (Preferably from a large-scale manufacturing concern)
Excellent people management skills and a comprehensive understanding of Labor Laws, Talent Acquisition Performance Management and HR policies
Proficient in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits
Exposure to HR-related Certifications/ Accreditation
Ability to manage independent HR assignments
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system
Leadership skills is a must
