We are seeking a confident and articulate Sales Executive with experience in Facility Management or Home Maintenance to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will handle inbound sales calls, engage potential customers effectively, and close sales by addressing their specific needs. This role demands strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail for accurate record-keeping, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle. A competitive monthly salary is offered for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage sales conversations with potential customers via phone calls.
- Maintain interactive dialogues by asking relevant questions to understand customer needs.
- Listen attentively to customers to encourage repeat business and build long-term relationships.
- Accurately collect and document customer information, including payment methods, purchases, and feedback.
- Stay well-informed about all products and proactively update customers about new offerings.
- Respond promptly and knowledgeably to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the facility management or home maintenance industries.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
- Creative thinking to maintain customer interest and foster ongoing engagement.
- Patience and skill in managing conversations, even in challenging situations.
- Proven ability to close sales and meet targets consistently.
- Proficiency in computer software relevant to sales tracking and record-keeping.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This role requires physical presence at the workplace, with availability from Monday to Saturday.

- The salary range for this position is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
