Responsibilities:

  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and A/B testing and reporting.
  • Realize the company’s ecommerce vision and creates an online marketing strategy that’s consistent with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), Customer and Management Systems (CMS).
  • Develop and implement E-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
  • Monitor internal data sources, web analytics, analyze conversion numbers and prepare report.
  • Work with developers to improve website speed.
  • Work with the marketing and digital marketing team in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance and specific steps to boost online sales.
  • Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee digital marketing channels, SEO, SMS and email marketing and social media.
  • Develop and oversee website uploads and landing pages development.
  • Responsible for handling Daraz, Website and other Online platforms of the brand.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication and identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal sales targets for online.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • needs to be able to clearly communicate a product’s value, which requires that they fully understand the product.
  • Provide easy checkout, payments, and other ecommerce-related solutions.
  • Responsible to work with other departments, like the product development, sale  and operations team, and these teams will need to be aware of projects you have coming down the pipeline.
  • They’ll also probably have some projects they’ll want you to work on.
  • Start new enterprises and identify new ecommerce online business opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
  • Confidence developing and overseeing retail and ecommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis. 
  • Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
  • Be well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Understand the importance of customer opinion in E-commerce
  • Be responsive to customer needs.
  • Understand and tackle the challenges brought in the market by competitors
  • Stay updated on new ecommerce strategies, technology, trends, and online media tactics.
  • Effectively manage a team.
  • Understanding and experience in Google Analytics.
  • Broad experience of attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization.
