We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to take full, independent ownership of our daily content strategy, social media engagement, and critical website redevelopment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving digital growth and the technical ability to execute complex website updates.
Type: Full-Time, Paid Position
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Web Redesign & Management (40%):
• Website Overhaul: Lead a comprehensive redesign of an existing website project, specifically redesigning key sections
• Service Detailing: Architect, write, and publish detailed, persuasive content
• Maintenance & SEO: Ensure the website content remains current, accurate, and optimized for search engine visibility and mobile performance.
2. Content Strategy, Creation & Social Media Ownership (60%):
• Content Strategy & Creation: Manage the entire content lifecycle, from high-level strategy and scheduling to daily creation and posting for all major platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc).
• Brand Voice: Ensure all digital output aligns with the professionalism, and commitment to our brand while also comsidering market sentiment.
• Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze social media and web traffic data, and iterate on strategies to drive lead generation and client engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Content Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to manage and edit website content management systems (CMS) and strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) for high-volume content creation.
• Communication: Excellent English writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex educational processes clearly and persuasively.
• Independence: Proven ability to manage a full-time workload independently, meet strict deadlines, and thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced setting.
