We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel and ensure the safety and security of the premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security staff during their shifts, maintaining compliance with all security protocols, and ensuring that firefighting equipment is functional and fire safety standards are strictly followed. This role requires conducting regular inspections to identify potential security risks and implementing corrective actions promptly. The candidate must also ensure adherence to quality, environmental, and safety management system requirements to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee security personnel throughout their shifts to maintain discipline and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all established security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor the serviceability of firefighting equipment and enforce adherence to fire safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections to detect potential security threats and take timely corrective measures.
- Maintain compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management system standards.
- Lead and motivate the security team to perform effectively under all circumstances.
Required Qualifications:
- For retired armed forces personnel: Must have retired at the rank of Hawaldar, Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO), or equivalent, with a minimum of 15 years of service.
- Minimum educational qualification is Matriculation.
- Maximum age limit is 15 years post-retirement.
- For civilian candidates: Intermediate education with 3-4 years of relevant supervisory experience in a private firm.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of security personnel efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
- Capability to work independently and make quick, sound decisions during emergency situations.
