Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job posting coordination, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update accurate employee personnel files and HR records to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and employee documentation, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.
Support payroll activities by providing accurate employee data and assisting with payroll documentation and processing.
Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures to promote understanding and compliance throughout the organization.
Address employee queries promptly and provide effective HR support to resolve issues and enhance employee relations.
Facilitate performance management activities, including monitoring appraisals, assisting with training programs, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to Pakistani labor laws and statutory HR compliance by keeping updated records and liaising with relevant departments.
Prepare HR reports, letters, notices, and other documentation required by management or regulatory bodies.
Coordinate with various departments to address employee-related matters and foster smooth interdepartmental communications.
Supervise and guide a small HR team member to ensure daily HR operations are executed efficiently.
Perform additional HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by management to support organizational objectives.
