MANAGER E-COMMERCE | FAISALABAD Based

Selecto Retail (Pvt.) Ltd., a prominent player in the cellphone and retail chain sector, is seeking a proactive and experienced Manager E-Commerce to lead and scale its online sales operations based in Faisalabad. This leadership role involves formulating and executing effective e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize online sales channels, and enhance the companys digital retail presence. The successful candidate will manage an e-commerce team of five professionals and work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, inventory, finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless online commerce activities and to meet ambitious business goals. The role requires a strategic thinker with at least five years of experience in e-commerce or retail digital sales, who is skilled in managing online marketplaces, product catalog management, digital marketing campaigns, and analytics. The Manager will be responsible for developing product listings, managing inventories, planning promotions, optimizing customer relations, and leveraging data insights to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to meet and exceed online sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Manage the full spectrum of e-commerce operations, including website management, product catalog updates, pricing strategies, and online merchandising activities.
Lead management of third-party marketplaces and digital retail platforms to optimize exposure and sales efficiency.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to increase traffic and conversion rates.
Monitor online sales performance metrics such as website traffic, customer behavior, sales conversion rates, and overall revenue growth to inform decision-making.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, inventory, finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure integration and smooth functioning of e-commerce activities.
Drive inventory and order management processes to support timely fulfillment and maintain optimum stock levels.
Lead customer relationship management initiatives to enhance customer retention and overall shopping experience.
Innovate by identifying and developing new digital sales channels and marketplace opportunities to expand Selecto Retails online footprint.
Lead, motivate, mentor, and develop a team of five e-commerce professionals to meet operational and commercial objectives efficiently.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets, profitability goals, customer acquisition milestones, and sustained business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding online retail operations and service delivery.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to continuously improve e-commerce strategies and performance.
Develop detailed reports and present performance analyses and strategic plans to senior management.
