Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model, based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both frontend and backend development, particularly with React.js and either Python or Node.js. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering scalable, cloud-native applications utilizing AWS services. The successful applicant will be comfortable working across the entire technology stack and thrive in a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js alongside Python or Node.js.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs integrated with AWS infrastructure such as Lambda, Amplify, API Gateway, and RDS/MySQL.
- Develop reusable and responsive React.js components while following frontend architecture best practices.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services to support application functionality.
- Implement real-time features using WebSockets when required.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to testing strategies, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance on both frontend and backend layers.
- Stay current with the latest trends in web development, cloud technologies, and relevant programming languages.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong backend development skills using Python and/or Node.js.
- Proficient frontend development experience with React.js, including component-based architecture, state management, and responsive design.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Practical knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, Amplify, API Gateway, and RDS/MySQL.
- Understanding of microservices, serverless architectures, and event-driven systems.
- Experience with WebSockets and real-time communication technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work well within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
