Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Level V - Java + React

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality user interfaces for modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, coupled with extensive experience in Java and Spring Boot on the backend. This role requires someone who can seamlessly integrate frontend and backend components to deliver performant and maintainable solutions in complex, large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

Excellent English communication skills are essential, as the role involves guiding team members and collaborating closely with stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing daily standups, Jira tasks, and providing regular team updates. Leading and mentoring junior engineers will be a key part of your role.

You will design, develop, test, document, and analyze data for advanced software systems, ensuring adherence to high standards of code quality, testing, and automation. Supporting on-call duties during working hours is also expected.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions is critical. You will support DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and contribute to cloud infrastructure management.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong background in system design, architecture, and building enterprise-level applications.
- Proficiency in Java is required, with strong knowledge of React highly preferred. Experience with Python is a plus.
- Expertise in Spring Boot framework.
- Solid understanding of RESTful architecture and microservices.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or SQS.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda is preferred.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, including tools like GitLab CI/CD and Terraform.
- Strong background in test automation covering unit, integration, regression, and load testing.
- Proficiency in both relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools like New Relic and Splunk.
