We are looking for a Saviynt Development expert with 4-5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Saviynt development, solution design, and requirements gathering and validation. This role requires deep expertise in Saviynt to provide Level 3 support, automate processes, and ensure the platform operates efficiently. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to design effective solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain a secure and optimized Saviynt environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and implement Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Configure user lifecycle management processes, including access requests, approvals, certifications, role management, and entitlement governance.
- Develop and customize Saviynt workflows, business rules, REST APIs, plugins, and connectors to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Configure and develop out-of-the-box (OOTB), REST, and custom connectors to enhance system functionality.
- Create custom APIs, reports, and analytics within the Saviynt platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, entitlement, workflow, and integration issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls to ensure compliance.
- Support user access certifications and entitlement management processes.
- Provide post-implementation support including enhancements, upgrades, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and other technology groups.
- Ensure all solutions comply with security, audit, IAM, and SoD requirements.
- Participate in end-to-end Saviynt implementation activities such as configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with strong hands-on expertise in Saviynt.
- Proven implementation experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
- Solid understanding of IAM/IGA security concepts including identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, SoD, and compliance requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Saviynt product functionalities such as provisioning, access certification, workflows, and email notifications.
- Experience working with Saviynt workflows, access requests, certifications, roles, entitlements, provisioning, and analytics tools.
- Strong skills with Saviynt REST Connector, out-of-the-box connectors, and custom connector development.
- Proficiency in Java/Groovy scripting, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP, and various databases.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities to resolve complex Saviynt issues and identify root causes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing SOX compliance, auditing, and access review processes within Saviynt.
- Familiarity with configuration management including Rules Technical Users, UI Global Configurations, Backend configurations, and GSP files.
