We are hiring a professional and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This position is strictly for individuals who have prior experience in real estate sales or are genuinely committed to building a long-term career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and engage potential clients for property sales
Build and manage a strong portfolio of buyers and investors
Professionally guide clients throughout the complete buying process
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Handle negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures
Job Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years with a recognized real estate company (mandatory)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Language: Urdu & Fluent English communication skills (preferred)
Strong professional work ethic and self-motivation
Target-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: PKR 50,000 – 55,000
Commission: Performance-based
