We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist/ CNC Operator with hands-on expertise in CNC operations and CAD/CAM programming. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in programming precision parts, operating CNC machines, and optimizing machining processes. This role demands strong technical troubleshooting skills, an eye for process efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities includes following but are not limited to;

CAD/CAM Programming & CNC Machining

  • Create, modify, and manage part programs using CAD/CAM software.
  • Transfer and test programs on CNC machines to ensure operational accuracy.

CNC Machine Operation

  • Set up and operate CNC machines for precision machining of components.
  • Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate part manufacturing.

Cycle Time Optimization

  • Analyze machining processes and optimize CNC programs to reduce cycle time and increase productivity.

Jigs & Fixtures Manufacturing

  • Support in the fabrication and assembly of jigs and fixtures as required for production processes.

Machine Time Monitoring

  • Ensure actual machining time aligns with CAD/CAM cycle time expectations; address deviations proactively.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on the shop floor in accordance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Troubleshooting & Error Resolution

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to CAD/CAM programs and CNC machine operations, including tool path errors, software malfunctions, and hardware-related faults.

Education & Qualifications:

  • DAE Mechanical or TTC Mechanical from recognized institution..
  • DAE must have at least 3 & TTC Must have 5 years of experience in CAD/CAM, Manufacturing and CNC environment.
  • Proficiency in Creo, Solidcam, Master CAM, NX
  • Hands on experience on Fanuc Control
  • Experience of working on multi-axis machines
