- Assist in preparing and organizing project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Maintain project documentation, including hard and soft files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for project staff and the HO team to the project districts.
- Draft the program calendar for meetings and events, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and scheduled.
- Assist in the completion of documents for the procurement of project supplies.
- Compile and document project data.
- Provide administrative support to the Program department as required.
- Follow up with the Finance department to support the field team in tracing project payments.
- Follow up with the HR & Admin department to support the field team & program field.
- Collect case studies/ success stories from the field.
- Compile the program report received from the operations unit.
- Compile data for weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
- Collect program pictures from the field and maintain organized folders for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Take meeting minutes and ensure they are accurately documented and distributed.
- Submission of financial expenses of the field team to the finance department.
- Coordination with the field teams.
- Assist the program dept with various tasks and projects.
- Any other official tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
