Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Shifa-ul-Dahar is seeking a talented and creative Islamic Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Islamic art, culture, and values, and possess strong skills in graphic design and video editing. This role will involve creating visually compelling graphics and videos that align with Islamic themes and principles.

Responsibilities:

Designing high-quality graphics for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, website content, promotional materials, and publications, with a focus on Islamic themes.
Editing and enhancing videos to produce engaging and impactful content related to Islamic teachings, events, and initiatives.
Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and ideas for graphic design and video projects.
Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design and video projects.
Staying updated on current trends and best practices in Islamic graphic design and video editing.
Contributing to brainstorming sessions and offering creative input for new projects and campaigns.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Assisting with other design-related tasks and projects, as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, video editing, or a related field.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
Strong understanding of Islamic art, culture, and values.
Experience creating Islamic-themed graphics and videos is highly preferred.
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design and video editing, particularly with Islamic themes, is required.
