You will be responsible for handling day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring product listings are optimized for maximum visibility, and coordinating digital marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement. This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analytics to report on performance trends. You will work closely with supply chain partners, vendors, and courier companies to ensure smooth order fulfillment and seamless customer experiences. You should be tech-savvy, comfortable learning and utilizing automation tools, and capable of developing and optimizing processes in areas that lack formal structure. Responsibilities

Manage the Shopify platform to maintain and update product listings, ensuring accuracy, quality images, and optimized descriptions for search performance.
Analyze Shopify analytics data to generate reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and operational efficiency, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Coordinate digital marketing activities including promotions, campaigns, and SEO strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to boost traffic and conversion rates.
Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce order management process, ensuring timely processing, payment verification, and shipping status updates.
Collaborate effectively with vendors and courier companies to manage inventory levels, order fulfillment, and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to track operational metrics, maintain records, and monitor supply chain activities with high accuracy.
Implement and optimize automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational workflows, continuously seeking process improvement opportunities.
Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and clear communication to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Develop and document new processes where none currently exist, contributing to the scalability and consistency of e-commerce operations.
