Nysonian, a forward-thinking company dedicated to shaping the future of global lifestyle brands, is seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join its onsite team in Islamabad. This full-time role operates on a night shift from 6 PM to 2 AM and goes beyond traditional theme development. The position focuses on building custom Shopify applications, checkout extensions, and advanced storefront components to support a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, maintainable code, utilizing modern development tools, and solving complex e-commerce challenges at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Shopify applications using Shopify CLI, App Bridge, and Remix/Node.js, ensuring a scalable and robust backend architecture.
- Build Shopify checkout and UI extensions with React and TypeScript to enhance conversion rates and improve customer experience.
- Customize and optimize Shopify storefronts using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong focus on performance and precision.
- Integrate and manage third-party APIs and tools such as Klaviyo, review platforms, loyalty programs, and other growth systems.
- Deliver pixel-perfect, responsive product and landing pages that align with brand guidelines and conversion goals.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs while continuously optimizing site performance, stability, and uptime.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to deploy high-impact features rapidly, adhering to clean-code practices and using Git for version control.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in web or Shopify theme development, demonstrating the ability to build scalable e-commerce solutions.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with React.js for building dynamic UI components and Shopify extensions.
- Backend development skills using Node.js (Express or Remix preferred) to support full-stack Shopify solutions.
- Solid understanding of Shopify Liquid and experience building or maintaining custom Shopify apps and extensions.
- Familiarity with Shopify APIs including Admin API, Storefront API, and App Bridge, supported by a portfolio of relevant projects.
- Experience within the Shopify ecosystem, including checkout extensibility, Metafields, Metaobjects, Functions, and tools like Klaviyo or Appstle is advantageous.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to deliver quickly without compromising quality, high attention to detail, self-sufficiency in troubleshooting, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
