Responsibilities

Manage civil and mechanical purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to guarantee reliable supply and negotiate favorable terms.
Monitor purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and resolve any procurement delays or issues.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and align procurement plans accordingly.
Evaluate vendor performance for continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of procurement and maintenance activities for reporting and audits.
Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts related to purchasing and maintenance operations.
Support troubleshooting and technical issues related to civil and mechanical maintenance when necessary.
