We're hiring: Remote Bookkeeper (part-time) – Sidreau

Sidreau provides bookkeeping and month-end close to accounting firms and businesses in the UK and Europe. We're looking for our first bookkeeper in Pakistan.

What we're looking for
• B.Com, M.Com, ACCA part-qualified, CA Intermediate or equivalent
• 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Confident in Xero and/or QuickBooks Online (UK clients a strong plus)
• Clear written English and careful attention to detail

What we offer
• Fully remote, with flexible hours around clear deadlines
• Paid per client file, growing as our client base grows
• Direct experience with UK and European clients


Responsibilities

What you'll do
•⁠  ⁠Bank and card reconciliations, transaction coding, sales and purchase ledgers
•⁠  ⁠Month-end close: accruals, prepayments, depreciation, journals
•⁠  ⁠Prepare management accounts and VAT workpapers
•⁠  ⁠Work inside clients' Xero, QuickBooks Online or Sage, to fixed monthly deadlines
