Security Guard

SiliconWhiz is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join the team in Model Town Link Road, Lahore. This full-time position requires a vigilant individual who is honest, responsible, and physically fit to provide 24-hour security coverage. The Security Guard plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment by monitoring access points, managing visitor entry, and safeguarding company assets. Accommodation is provided to support round-the-clock duty, ensuring seamless security operations. The successful candidate must have at least three years of experience in security roles and be prepared to stay on-site during duty hours. This position demands attention to detail, the ability to respond promptly to incidents, and a commitment to enforcing safety policies. While team management is not required, the Security Guard must communicate effectively with management and other staff to report incidents and maintain order within company premises.
Responsibilities

Monitor and control access at the main gate to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
Conduct thorough checks on visitors to verify identity and purpose of visit, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Maintain a vigilant presence to deter and detect any unauthorized or suspicious activities.
Safeguard company property, assets, and information by conducting regular patrols and inspections.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire, or security breaches.
Prepare and submit detailed incident reports to management accurately and on time.
Manage crowd control during company events or peak visitor times to maintain order and safety.
Stay alert and active during the entire shift, providing continuous security coverage without lapses.
Collaborate with other security personnel and management to improve security measures and resolve potential issues.
Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to security and safety.
Maintain physical fitness and stay prepared for any situation that requires swift and decisive action.
