Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.

General Ledger Maintenance:

  • Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Process vendor invoices and customer payments promptly.

Bank Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.

Financial Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide regular financial reports to management for decision-making purposes.

Tax Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and coordinate with external tax consultants as needed.

Audit Support:

  • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Financial Analysis:

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
