Merchandiser

Six Stars Sports is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join the team in Sialkot, specializing in sports apparel merchandising. This role centers on managing the entire lifecycle of sports apparel orders, from initial receipt through sampling, approvals, production, and final delivery. The Merchandiser acts as a vital link between multiple departments, including Marketing, Design, Production, Planning, and Quality, ensuring that all customer requirementssuch as styles, fabrics, trims, printing, and garment constructionare precisely executed and completed on schedule. This position requires a strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with diverse teams to drive order completion and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sports apparel merchandising, demonstrating practical knowledge of sportswear products such as teamwear, jerseys, shorts, tracksuits, training wear, and activewear. Familiarity with technical aspects like printing, embroidery, sublimation, and trims enhances the ability to oversee production quality and timelines. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, for managing order sheets, costing, and production documentation. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills are essential to monitor production progress, resolve issues promptly, and deliver timely updates. This role does not include managing a team but demands a high level of personal accountability to meet strict deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities

Receive and process sports apparel orders from receipt through final delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.
Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Production, Planning, and Quality departments to align on order requirements and production schedules.
Manage sample development including coordination of approvals, revisions, and communication of production instructions.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive order sheets, costing documents, and production records to support tracking and auditing processes.
Monitor production progress closely, verifying quantities, quality standards, and adherence to delivery timelines.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of orders, sample approvals, production revisions, and current statuses.
Identify potential issues related to production or orders, communicating these promptly to the relevant departments to implement solutions.
Provide regular and timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on order status and any changes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications throughout the production cycle.
Manage multiple orders simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality.
