SK Hub Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to spearhead the creation of an innovative Property Management and Maintenance Management System from the ground up at our NASTP Lahore office. This role demands a professional with extensive knowledge in both frontend and backend development, adept at designing scalable software architectures and integrating artificial intelligence technologies into business applications. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing the full development lifecycle, including system design, implementation, deployment, and continuous enhancement to ensure robust and efficient solutions.
The developer will be instrumental in building responsive web and mobile applications, developing secure and high-performing backend services, and designing seamless database structures. Collaboration with stakeholders to convert business requirements into effective technical designs is crucial. Additionally, strong emphasis is placed on implementing best practices in software architecture, security, testing, and deployment while optimizing application scalability and performance. This position requires independence and ownership of projects without team management responsibilities but offers the opportunity to influence key technical and product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a modern, user-friendly web-based Property Management and Maintenance Management System along with a complementary Mobile Application from inception.
- Create responsive frontend applications using modern frameworks ensuring excellent user experience and adherence to UI/UX principles.
- Develop secure, scalable backend services and APIs supporting the systems business logic and data exchange.
- Architect and manage database models, ensuring optimized design, efficient queries, and system-wide data integrity.
- Integrate AI-powered functionalities, including chatbot assistants, workflow automation, semantic search, and other intelligent features to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to accurately translate requirements into practical and innovative technical solutions.
- Lead implementation of software architecture best practices with a focus on security, performance, testing automation, continuous integration, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews to uphold high-quality development standards and ensure maintainability.
- Manage deployment processes, monitor production environments, and handle ongoing system maintenance and performance tuning.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system components, features, and APIs to support knowledge sharing and future development.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and AI advancements to recommend and incorporate suitable improvements.
- Support seamless integration of third-party services and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Work independently while staying aligned with the broader product vision and business goals within a dynamic, startup-like environment.
