Property Management Calling

SkyGrid Solutions seeks a dedicated Property Management Calling professional with at least one year of experience to join their team handling a team of five members. This role focuses on managing communication related to property leasing, tenant inquiries, and maintenance requests using various property management software. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in inbound and outbound calling, lead qualification, tenant communication, appointment scheduling, and maintenance request triage. The position requires strong English communication skills, a keen work ethic, and the ability to work an 8-hour shift effectively. The selected individual will play a key role in nurturing tenant relationships and assisting property managers by facilitating efficient communication workflows. In this role, you will lead and coordinate a small team to ensure timely and professional responses to leasing leads and tenant maintenance requests. You will use industry-standard software such as AppFolio, Buildium, and Yardi to maintain records, schedule appointments, track maintenance issues, and follow up on rent collection. Managing communication channels efficiently is critical, and you will be responsible for ensuring that your team delivers exceptional service to both tenants and property owners. This position requires organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless workflow operations within the property management sector.
Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls related to property leasing, tenant requests, and maintenance issues.
Qualify leasing leads effectively and follow up to convert prospects into tenants.
Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between tenants, property managers, and maintenance teams.
Use property management software toolsAppFolio, Buildium, and Yardito document calls, track tenant requests, and manage leasing workflows.
Triage tenant maintenance requests and route work orders accurately for timely resolution.
Follow up on rent collection reminders and assist in maintaining financial records related to property management.
Lead and supervise a team of five members, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and workflow.
Ensure all call documentation and follow-up procedures are executed accurately and promptly.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of property management knowledge and best practices.
Maintain professional communication standards in spoken and written English with clients and internal teams.
Monitor team workload and assist members with challenging tenant communications or maintenance issues.
Promote a positive work environment and encourage team member development within the property management calling function.
