Financial Data Analyst

Smart Insider Pvt Ltd seeks a detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst with at least five years of experience to join our team. The Financial Data Analyst will be responsible for monitoring insider trading activities, director dealings, and major shareholding disclosures, extracting and verifying critical information from annual reports, SEC filings, proxy statements, and other corporate documents. The role involves tracking various corporate actions such as share buybacks, stock options, RSUs, and share issuances. The successful candidate works independently in a fast-paced environment to maintain consistent, accurate, and timely reporting, contributing to Smart Insider Pvt Ltd's commitment to delivering high-quality financial insights.
Responsibilities

Review and analyze stock exchange announcements and regulatory filings from global markets to extract relevant financial data.
Monitor insider trading activities, director dealings, and major shareholding disclosures to ensure compliance and transparency.
Extract, verify, and interpret information from annual reports, proxy statements, SEC filings, and other corporate filings with high accuracy.
Track corporate actions including share buybacks, stock options, restricted stock units, and share issuances to support financial analysis.
Ensure data quality by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial information in reports.
Conduct thorough research to identify trends and insights within financial markets and company disclosures.
Prepare detailed reports and summaries to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Meet project deadlines by managing time efficiently and working independently without ongoing supervision.
Stay updated on changes in financial market regulations, stock exchange requirements, and corporate filing standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams when necessary to enhance data integration and reporting processes.
