Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our international growth team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clients' sales pipelines. You will engage with international business prospects via outbound strategies, handle objections like a pro, and close deals. Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and market research to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize sales prospecting techniques to initiate contact, engage prospects, and secure appointments or sales meetings.
- Effectively handle objections during the sales process by applying persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage email marketing tools and campaigns that support lead nurturing and sales funnel progression.
- Track and report sales activities, leads, and outcomes accurately using CRM systems for performance analysis and management review.
- Adapt to flexible work schedules aligned with international business hours in the UK and USA to ensure timely client interactions.
- Demonstrate resilience by maintaining motivation and target focus in the face of rejection or challenging customer responses.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge by participating in trainings and keeping abreast of industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of products or services.
