Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content such as captions, posts, stories, and reels to maintain an active online presence.
- Maintain and update a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Stay updated on social media trends and generate fresh content ideas to keep the brand relevant and appealing.
- Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and other interactions to foster community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics such as page growth, reach, and engagement to evaluate performance.
- Prepare basic monthly reports summarizing social media activities and results.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new content opportunities and strategies.
- Ensure consistent branding and tone across all social media platforms to maintain a unified brand image.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities as required.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Good content writing and communication skills to create compelling posts.
- Basic proficiency in Canva and social media scheduling tools to assist with content creation and planning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary Range: Rs17,737.12 to Rs84,352.34 per month
