We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Growth Manager & AI Content Creator to lead the expansion and management of our software products and mobile applications across various social media platforms. This role requires daily content publishing, utilizing AI tools for efficient content creation, and driving engagement to promote our SaaS platforms and new features. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media trends and algorithms, excellent copywriting skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily content publishing on platforms such as X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Develop engaging posts, threads, graphics, Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos tailored specifically to each platform’s audience. Leverage AI tools including ChatGPT, Canva AI, and CapCut to create high-quality content efficiently. Conduct ongoing research on viral trends, competitor activities, and content opportunities to refine and inform social media strategies. Promote software products, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and newly launched features effectively across channels. Oversee community engagement by responding to comments and fostering growth within social media communities. Track and analyze performance metrics regularly to optimize content strategies and maximize reach.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management and content creation is essential. Strong English copywriting and communication skills are required to craft compelling and clear messages. Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and AI-driven content creation tools is necessary to produce diverse content formats. Ability to independently create and edit short-form videos is important for dynamic content delivery. A solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and organic growth techniques is critical to success in this role. Candidates must be capable of working autonomously in a remote, full-time capacity. Submission of a portfolio showcasing previous social media work is mandatory to demonstrate relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a fully remote, full-time position that offers creative freedom and ownership over social media growth initiatives. There is significant long-term growth potential within the company for the right candidate. Compensation starts from Rs20,000 per month.
