Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20 sales professionals to perform at their highest potential.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and ensure thorough documentation of sales activities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and support promotional campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
