Responsibilities

Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars to optimize healthcare provider availability.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation.
Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients via phone calls and virtual platforms.
Verify patient information and assist in obtaining necessary authorizations for medical procedures.
Provide exceptional support to healthcare providers by coordinating patient needs and administrative duties.
Handle multi-tasking efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment, prioritizing patient satisfaction.
Assist with follow-up scheduling to ensure continuity of care and patient adherence to treatment plans.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards while managing patient data.
Support night shift operations to ensure uninterrupted patient service and round-the-clock assistance.
Contribute to a positive patient experience by displaying empathy, patience, and clear communication.
