1. Manager HR Crew will be in strong coordination with the regional HR & operational team and monitor the crew regional appointments as per given policy
2. Manager HR Crew will approve the request for any of crew after detail verification of the candidate and its credential as per policy
3. Manager HR Crew will strictly ensure for the preparation and completion of all documents and both hard and digital shape before joining
4. In case of surprise audit on inspection, if any documents found incomplete, wrong, fake and tempered document, the WH will be responsible for this sensitive issue and will be treated accordingly
5. Will ensure orientation and job training will be done by the region of newly appointed crew & HR Department will make sure, policies & procedure are clearly defined to Crew members.
6. Will monitor any kind of crew transfers or make arrangements any kind of crew support to any needy region
