Spice Arena, a reputable and well-established restaurant on Main Ferozepur Road, Lahore, seeks a qualified and experienced Manager Accounts to oversee financial and accounting operations. This role demands strong expertise in financial management, accounting knowledge, and practical experience in store management and inventory control. The Manager Accounts will be responsible for independently managing the organization's financial health, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and maintaining cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 8 persons, providing guidance and supervision to ensure smooth financial operations and effective vendor management. The position requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems, inventory control systems, and financial documentation such as profit and loss statements. This role is pivotal in supporting Spice Arena's financial integrity and operational success.
Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare, analyze, and monitor financial reports such as profit and loss statements to track the restaurant's financial performance.
Supervise and guide a team of 8 staff members, promoting productivity, accuracy, and professional development.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems and warehouse management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
Oversee point-of-sale systems and ensure seamless integration with inventory and financial data.
Conduct cost monitoring activities to identify areas for financial savings and improve overall budget management.
Coordinate vendor management processes including procurement, payment processing, and contract management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies to maintain accurate financial records and confidentiality.
Collaborate with store management to align financial goals with operational objectives and improve profitability.
Develop and enforce procedures for effective financial operation and risk management.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to maintain detailed financial records, perform data analysis, and generate comprehensive reports.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve financial discrepancies and optimize workflows.
Lead initiatives to improve financial systems and processes to enhance the overall efficiency of the accounting department.
Train and support team members in financial and store management systems to ensure high competence across functions.
