This role also involves representation at Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings of listed public limited companies to raise and address corporate governance issues. The Senior Officer is responsible for preparing regulatory documents and filings, managing compliance-related complaints, and providing expert advice and support to directors on financial, legal, and corporate matters related to investee companies. Though this position does not involve managing a team, it demands proactive coordination and communication skills to ensure seamless support of governance processes.
