Star Floating Feed Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Executive with a strong background in human resource management to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience, a masters degree in HR, and a minimum of 16 years of education. This role demands expertise in employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, and compliance with labor laws. Familiarity with payroll processing and attendance management systems, particularly SAP Payroll and biometric attendance, is essential. The candidate will be instrumental in maintaining seamless HR operations in our feed mill industry environment, ensuring accurate and timely handling of employee data and payroll.
The HR Executive will lead a small team of two individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR service delivery. This position requires excellent communication skills to manage conflict resolution and performance appraisals, as well as the ability to integrate payroll with time and attendance tracking systems. The role involves comprehensive employee relations management, compliance oversight, and efficient administration of payroll taxes and attendance policies. The candidate will play a key role in fostering a productive work environment aligned with company goals and labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day employee relations activities, addressing conflicts and promoting a positive work culture.
- Administer and monitor performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and support career development.
- Conduct payroll processing using payroll software and ensure accurate payroll tax administration in compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Oversee attendance and leave management through SAP HR, integrating biometric attendance systems to maintain accurate time and attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR processes and documentations.
- Lead and supervise a team of two HR personnel, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to integrate payroll with attendance and time tracking systems, optimizing data accuracy and processing efficiencies.
- Handle payroll administration tasks including salary calculations, deductions, benefits processing, and timely salary disbursements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information and HR records.
- Implement and update procedures related to payroll, attendance, and employee database management to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication of HR policies and updates to employees, ensuring clarity and understanding across the organization.
- Manage time management and attendance systems with a focus on continuous improvement and error reduction in records.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes as needed to acquire talent aligned with organizational requirements.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to payroll, performance appraisals, attendance, and compliance for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning, employee development, and retention strategies consistent with company goals.
