The Data Entry Operator does not manage a team but works independently to input, update, and verify data across various company systems. Responsibilities

Enter data accurately into company databases and management systems using MS Office applications.
Verify and cross-check information for completeness and correctness before finalizing data entries.
Maintain organized records of documents and data files for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Update existing data by reviewing and correcting any discrepancies found in records or systems.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely data submission and resolution of data-related issues.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security at all times.
Perform regular backups to prevent data loss and support disaster recovery procedures.
Prepare reports summarizing data entry activities and highlight any patterns or anomalies discovered.
Follow company policies and procedures related to data management and compliance standards.
Demonstrate consistent accuracy and productivity to meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets.
