Visit Visa Consultant

STL Travel is seeking an experienced Visit Visa Consultant with a minimum of three years of experience in the travel trade field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the visit visa process, exhibit a professional and approachable personality, and demonstrate excellent command over all stages of visa application processing. This role requires maintaining daily records and ensuring smooth operations in handling client visits through proper documentation and interview preparation support. The consultant provides key assistance in application handling, customer interaction, and problem-solving to facilitate successful visa procurement. The Visit Visa Consultant will work independently, without team management responsibilities, and will consistently apply workflow automation and process optimization tools to enhance efficiency. The successful candidate leverages their expertise in electronic document management software and customer relationship management systems to track and manage visa applications effectively. This role demands strong interpersonal skills to deal with guests in a courteous and professional manner, adapting to the evolving demands of travel regulations and client needs, while ensuring compliance and timely delivery of services.
Responsibilities

Guide clients through the entire visit visa application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.
Prepare applicants for visa interviews, providing coaching on what to expect and how to present their case effectively.
Utilize visa application processing software and document management tools to handle submissions and track application statuses.
Manage electronic document workflows to maintain organized and accessible records for all client files.
Apply workflow and process automation tools to streamline operations and minimize manual effort in visa processing tasks.
Maintain daily sales and service reports (DSR) to document client interactions, application progress, and outcomes.
Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, addressing their concerns and providing clear and timely updates.
Stay informed on current visa regulations and policies to offer accurate advice and adjust processes as needed.
Coordinate with various stakeholders including consulates, travel agencies, and clients to facilitate smooth visa processing.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory compliance, and quality standards throughout all phases of visa consultancy.
