The Web Developer will lead a team of 15 skilled professionals, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful project execution that meets business objectives. The Web Developer oversees the full development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment, while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand and define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15 web developers to deliver high-quality web solutions on time.
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and accessible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging web interfaces.
Integrate web applications with back-end services as needed, ensuring seamless functionality.
Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experience across devices.
Stay updated with emerging web technologies, standards, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
Document development processes, architecture, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align development with business goals and client expectations.
