Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Factory Coordination
Communicate with factories to follow up on orders and ensure on-time production.
Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
Monitor production progress and ensure all standards are met.
2. Order & Shipment Management
Handle end-to-end order processing, from confirmation to shipment.
Track shipments to African countries and ensure smooth delivery.
Coordinate with logistics companies and manage shipping documents.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
Gender: Female only.
Work Mode: Remote / Work from home.
Language: Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
Attitude: Responsible, organized, and proactive.
Preferred:
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or international logistics.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
