Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning and turnover of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms to meet hotel hygiene standards, including replenishing toiletries and supplies.
Make beds and change bed linens accurately while ensuring proper handling of laundry items.
Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly and follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents or damage.
Manage housekeeping carts and supplies to ensure availability and organization during cleaning shifts.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies.
Respect guest privacy and comply with hotel policies when entering and cleaning rooms.
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed in guest rooms or public areas promptly to maintenance staff.
Follow established guest room cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a healthy environment.
Support hotel staff by preparing rooms for new arrivals and assisting with cleaning public spaces as needed.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly after each use.
