Superb Developer is seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of seven years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. This role demands a highly skilled developer who is proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using the MERN stack. You will work individually to implement scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that meet business objectives and enhance user experience. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for writing clean code are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Create robust and scalable RESTful APIs to support seamless communication between the client and server.
- Utilize Mongoose to model application data structures and interact efficiently with MongoDB databases.
- Implement responsive front-end components with React.js that deliver excellent user experience across devices.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage development cycles, deliver iterative improvements, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Leverage Docker and DevOps best practices to automate build, testing, and deployment pipelines, ensuring application reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs and feedback.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve software defects or performance issues.
- Optimize application performance by analyzing bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to full-stack development to continually enhance application quality.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Ensure security and data protection measures are integrated within application architecture and code.
- Prepare technical documentation for system design, architecture, and deployment processes.
