The Supervisor, Nephrology plays a critical role in managing the daily clinical and operational functions of the Dialysis Unit. This position ensures the delivery of safe and effective dialysis treatments while maintaining strict adherence to infection control protocols. The supervisor is responsible for optimizing the use of dialysis machines and providing strong leadership and oversight to the dialysis staff to maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily clinical and operational activities of the Dialysis Unit to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure all dialysis procedures are conducted safely and in compliance with established infection control standards.
- Monitor and optimize the utilization of dialysis machines and related equipment.
- Supervise, mentor, and support dialysis staff to maintain high-quality patient care and professional development.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to dialysis treatments and unit operations.
- Implement and enforce organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the unit.
- Identify and address any operational issues or risks promptly to ensure patient safety.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in nephrology or dialysis unit supervision.
